On Tuesday, the three-day March of Nations conference culminated in a parade of over 3,000 Christians from approximately 40 countries who filled the streets of Jerusalem and displayed their love of God and the Land of Israel on the Jewish state’s 70th anniversary, Breaking Israel News, reports.

Outpourings of love for Israel always contain a moving spiritual element, but this gathering had an additional element: witnessing the flourishing State of Israel that has risen from the ashes of the Holocaust.

“This is the real victory over Nazism,” said Member of Knesset, Rabbi Yehudah Glick as he led the parade from Sacher Park towards the center of town. “The hearts of these people is stronger than all the darkness. The love in Israel is stronger than all the hate.”

The event was organized by the March of Life, an organization of descendants of Nazis who work to preserve the memory of the Holocaust in an effort to prevent such a horror from ever happening again.

The March of Life began in 2007 with a march of remembrance from the Swabian Alb to Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site. Since then, marches have taken place in over 20 countries and in more than 350 cities.

With the motto, “Remembering – Reconciliation – Taking a Stand,” the March of Life is aimed at giving Holocaust survivors a voice, promoting reconciliation between descendants of perpetrators and victims as well as taking an unmistakable stand for Israel and against modern anti-Semitism.

As such, many of the speakers at the seminars and at the gathering that preceded the parade were Holocaust survivors. The stark contrast between the genocidal anti-Semitism of the Holocaust and the outpouring of love at the event was palpable.

Indeed, the love for Israel and the Jews was expressed at the edges of the parade where Israelis mingled with their foreign guests. Prayer sessions, formal and spontaneous, focused on dispelling the hatred of Jews that still lingers in the world.

This was the first event the organization has held in Jerusalem. It was scheduled to take place on May 14, the Gregorian calendar’s anniversary of the day when David Ben-Gurion, the first Prime Minister of Israel, declared Israel’s independence 70 years ago. Doctors Recommended She Abort Her ‘Miracle Baby’

She Refused, and Her Son Later Saved Her Life

A New York mother who was encouraged by doctors to abort her baby 30 years ago has now received a life-saving kidney from the very son who may not exist today had she listened to the medical advice.

Long Island resident Evelyn Bowens was 35 when doctors informed her that she had a weakened cervix, a condition that could lead to miscarriage or premature birth, the New York Post reported.

“My doctor told me to abort him because of the high risk and I said, no, I’m not gonna do it,” Bowens told WCBS-TV.

Doctors were correct in one prediction — Bowens gave birth at seven months to a baby that weighed just 3 pounds, 12 ounces.

Bowens named her son Miles, and although he spent the first weeks of his life in an incubator and required surgery to remove hernias before he was a month old, he grew up to become a healthy man. And when his mother’s health began to fail, Miles ended up being the miracle she needed: a match for a kidney.

“The miracle of this whole thing is, I had a high-risk pregnancy, and they told me to get rid of Miles,” Bowens, now 65, told the Post. “If I had gotten rid of my son as a baby, I wouldn’t have this kidney.”

Miles Lowe said he always cherished his mother, who worked as a teacher, night tutor and children’s music minister at their local church to make ends meet and raise her children alone – all while suffering from high blood pressure.

“A lot of people don’t have their mother to take care of them or show them love, and she showed me love and put a roof over my head all these years,” he said.

This wasn’t the first time Lowe helped to care for his mother. After his elder siblings went to college, he would bring his mother her blood pressure medication to her bedside, and the two would bond and talk about their days.

When Evelyn’s creatine levels spiked four years ago, doctors told her she would need to go on dialysis if she didn’t receive a kidney transplant soon. Lowe didn’t hesitate to help his mother.

“Right then and there in the doctor’s office, they told me, ‘She is going to need a transplant,’ and I said, ‘I will do it, ma, we have the same blood type,’” he said. “I didn’t even ask my wife. I was just like, ‘I have to go do this for my mother.’ I owe her.”

After Lowe passed all of the necessary medical screening tests, he had the operation last June. “I mean, how many opportunities do you have as a son or a daughter to come back and help your parent in a major way?” Lowe said.

On Sunday, the family had double the reason to celebrate Mother’s Day: Bowens’ newfound health. “It’s a true blessing to be sitting next to her knowing she’s good and she could be with all her grandkids and be in good health,” Lowe said.

Security Cameras Capture Footage of an Angel With a Sword

Join us on our podcast each weekday for an interesting story, well told, from Charisma News. Listen at charismapodcastnetwork.com.

A Michigan man says his security cameras picked up footage of an angel with a sword recently.

"I said, 'That's an angel!' And I was just blown away, I couldn't wait to send it to my wife and send it to [Pastor] Deneille [Moes]. And I said, 'I got an angel, and my camera took a picture of an angel,'" Glen Thorman tells WNDU.

Jordan Rivers writes:

Last night at the Thorman's house, the security camera recorded this snapshot. Glen Thorman is the fire chief for East Jordan ...( they attend Jordan Rivers) Yep folks... It's an angel. I guess there is no question who is watching over their residence while they sleep, and yes, they pray that The Angels of the Lord will surround them and their property....These photo's have not been altered in anyway. The second photo, the security camera also shot because the angel was moving away. The camera is designed to photograph anything in motion or unusual.... lots of tears today when they opened the security on their camera ...WOW!

He's being called the "miracle in Mobile." After suffering a severe brain injury in a dune buggy accident, and being brain-dead for several days, an Alabama teen has made a miraculous recovery.

According to WALA Fox 10, Trenton McKinley, 13, was riding in a small trailer being pulled behind a dune buggy when the accident happened. Trenton's friend who was driving the buggy, hit the brakes quickly, causing the trailer to flip over.

Trenton told the television station he grabbed and threw his four-year-old niece out of harm's way, but in doing so was pinned by the trailer as it came down.

"I hit the concrete and the trailer landed on top of my head. After that, I don't remember anything," Trenton told Fox 10.

The teen was rushed to the hospital where doctors counted seven skull fractures. His parents had to go through their worst nightmare.

"All I saw was a stretcher with his feet hanging out. He was dead a total of 15 minutes," his mother, Jennifer Reindl told Fox 10. "When he came back, they said he would never be normal again. They told me the oxidation problems would be so bad to his brain, that he would be a vegetable if he even made it."

Doctors determined the teen was brain-dead and his breathing was shallow. His parents knew they had a difficult decision to make. They could help five other kids by donating Trenton's organs, so they signed the necessary papers.

“They said the next time his heart stopped they had to let him die. This was a Saturday or I could sign a paper to donate his organs to save five other kids and they would keep hitting him with adrenaline till Monday….so I signed it," Reindl wrote in a Facebook post. "His eyes were solid black and dry and I knew he would not hesitate to save 5 more lives."

Then, a miracle happened.

One day before his doctors were to pull the plug on his life support, Trenton began to show signs of brain activity.

"The next day I got a call. They canceled the final brain wave test right before they hooked him up his hand moved. Then his feet," Reindl continued in the Facebook post.  "So they looked at his eyes and they were back. He had blue eyes. Now they are green with small white specks like glitter. They say when you look upon God…pigment changes…and my baby was in heaven for a whole day….he is a miracle."

Fox 10 reports that Trenton believes he went to heaven.

"I was in an open field walking straight," Trenton said. "There's no other explanation but God. There's no other way. Even doctors said it."

Trenton continues to recover, although he's dealing with nerve pain and seizures almost daily.  He has had three brain surgeries and currently only has half of his skull.  The other half will be reconnected soon in the next surgery.

Franklin Graham got wind of the story and took to Facebook asking his followers, "Do you believe in miracles? I do."

He went on to say Trenton "nailed it" when he said, "there's no other way to explain it but God." Graham then quoting Jeremiah 32:27 which reads: “I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?”
