Thailand cave rescue

The unknown and extraordinary details of the miracles that Jesus did during the Thailand cave rescue:

1: They were found and rescued allthough the situation seemed impossible.

2: The rope the British diver were using to guide them into the cave ended, so he went up to catch air and at that moment he found the boys sitting in front of him! He said that if the rope were longer, it would have passed straight underwater and they would not have found them!

3: Only one of the boys knew English and could communicate with the British diver. He is the only Christian in the group, and he learned the language in the missionary project that takes place in his small church.

4: The rain remained discreet during the rescue mission for 3 days and did not affect the operation whilst it rained in the surrounding areas.

5: As soon as the last diver left the cave (after all the boys were safe) the pump that removed water from the cave broke (It could have been a disaster !!!)

6: It rained all morning (11/07) at noon the cave was completely flooded!

7: All the boys were rescued and in surprisingly good health conditions, which even the Buddhist doctors "do not know how" to explain

8: The unit involved in the rescue action: people working together through linguistic and cultural barriers. Decisions and important choices were made in consensus until the plans were implemented. The excellent work and determination of a team with so many different people and nationalities. The only Brazilian volunteer in the operation was the missionary Tati Araujo, who translated to English-Thai divers, authorities and foreign military!

9: The church of Christ throughout the world, united to cry to God for His intervention. Disciples from every corner of the earth prayed, hoping that the Lord would make the impossible happen ... and it happened !!!!Without doubt, it was God's miracle that the world witnessed and was moved by!

Now is the time to celebrate the power and grace of God, who, unlike the Buddhist rites, did not need offerings or sacrifices, but in love, he launched Himself once more in history to rescue those who were lost. May our response be gratitude and worship to the one and only living God!

Actress Opens Up About Her Christian Faith,

Reveals How it Changed Everything

The actress, Carmen Cortez,  gives a glimpse into her life with her husband, Carlos PenaVega. The couple, who married in 2014, were both child stars. Carlos starred in the Nickelodeon series Big Time Rush and was a member of the band of the same name.

The devout Christian couple lives on the "Jesus loving" Hawai island of Maui. The couple has one child, a little boy named Ocean, who they welcomed in December 2016.

In a beautiful post last month, Alexa opened up about the way that God has moved in her life. Her thankfulness for her family and where God has brought her flowed from every word. She wrote, "I cannot praise God enough for this life and this family! Every trial... every obstacle... every bump in the road has only led us to be strengthened and find victory!," wrote the 29-year-old before adding, "Find peace in the “no’s” and in the trials! Your victory is around the corner! #reasonforyourseason."

This isn't the first time that Alexa has opened up about her faith. In an interview with My Devotional Thoughts, PenaVega revealed how she got serious about her Christian faith in her teens.

"I was raised in a home that had Christian values, but we never really went to church. The Christian values were taught, and I think that’s why I ended up going to it later on in my life." When Alexa was sixteen, she decided to go to church. At first, it was just surface level faith, she shares.

"So I would drive myself to church and to Bible study, but it wasn’t something I was completely committed to. I knew I loved Jesus, and I knew I had faith, but I didn’t truly understand. It was very surface."

Four years ago, she made the decision to get really serious about her faith. It completely changed her life. "It wasn’t until about four years ago that I started diving in, and that’s when I met my husband. And we were both kind of on that journey together. And once you do that, your life completely changes," she shared.

She says that's impacted her movie career and her personal life, but she doesn't regret it one bit. "And I think he one thing you can tell obviously from a career standpoint are the types of roles I’m willing to take now as opposed to what I was taking then. Even your friends–so many things change. And I think it’s scary for people because they’re afraid they’re missing out on so much or like, 'Oh my gosh, I don’t want to give up all these things.'"

She added, "But when you realize what you’re missing, by kind of living this other lifestyle, there’s nothing more fulfilling than making that decision to fully commit. And that’s been exciting."

Her husband, Carlos, also had a conversion before meeting Alexa. In 2012, Carlos' band Big Time Rush was at the height of its success, but he felt empty.

"When you get home, it's just you. The tour ended and I felt really alone," said Carlos, admitting he turned to smoking weed and isolated himself from all his friends. "I really hit rock bottom," he added.

Finally, he went to a friend for help. That friend invited him to attend church with him.

"I walk in the church and I know that I was supposed to be there. From that Sunday to the next Sunday, my life changed forever."

He continued, "On [a] Thursday, I got invited to a Bible study and at the Bible study I met my wife."

Alexa said of her husband in a Father's Day post that he's all she could have asked for.

She wrote, "This man right here is everything I ever could have asked for and more! He is a lover of Christ. An adventurer. A giver. An incredible husband. Such a loving and patient father. He is a light with such a kind spirit. He can make you laugh until you either cry or pee your pants. He is a ball of energy!!! He makes really cute babies. He stands firm in what he believes in. He quite simply put... is " just the best! I love you my angel. I hope you feel so special today. Happy Father’s Day!

Abortion Survivor Shares Her Amazing Story:

“I Was Meant to be Poisoned to Death”

A nurse heard faint cries and noticed slight movements among the medical waste

Melissa Ohden’s traumatic story evokes immediate feelings of horror and sympathy as she tells how she nearly was poisoned her to death by her family, LifeNews.com, reports.

But some people may start feeling uncomfortable and backing away when they find out the manner in which she nearly was killed… n abortion.

“I grew up knowing that I was born prematurely, that I had been adopted,” Ohden said. “What I didn’t know was that there was this great secret behind all of this. That I should have been delivered dead, and instead I was born alive.”

She learned the terrible secret when she was 14 years old.

“I was meant to be poisoned to death,” she told the BBC.

Follow LifeNews.com on Instagram for pro-life pictures and the latest pro-life news.

According to the report:

In 1977, in a hospital in the US state of Iowa, Melissa’s 19-year-old mother had undergone an abortion using a toxic saline solution over five days.

Born at eight months and weighing less than three pounds (1.3kg), Melissa was placed among medical waste.

That was, until a nurse heard her weak cries and slight movements.

Melissa was rushed to an intensive care unit, where – against the odds – she survived.

It was traumatic news for a teenager, and Ohden said she struggled.

“I turned my pain upon myself,” she said. “It was a lonely place. I developed an eating disorder, struggled with alcohol abuse. I didn’t want to be me.”

Years later when she finally found her birth mother, Ohden said she learned how the situation surrounding her birth was even more complicated than she thought. Her birth mother told her that she never wanted the abortion, that Ohden’s biological grandmother had forced her into it.

What’s more, Ohden said her birth mother never had been told that she had survived.

She told the BBC:

“What I learned was my grandmother – her mother – was a prominent nurse in the community, and that the local abortionist was a friend of hers.

“Together they literally forced the abortion on my birth mother against her will.

“They were able to bypass the hospital regulations and procedures that my birth mother would have had to go through.

“So people at the hospital thought it was her choice, and she had no opportunity to fight back.”

Melissa’s survival had been even more unlikely as her grandmother, who worked at the hospital where she was born, had instructed her colleagues to “leave the baby in the room to die” that day – a fact she had openly admitted among family members.

Ohden said she is not angry with her birth grandmother, but her heart does break for her.

After years of struggling with the events around her birth, Ohden said she now considers herself “one of the luckiest people in the world.” Unlike millions of other unborn babies, she survived the abortion. Ohden said she has a loving adopted family and a good relationship with her birth mom, all of which she is extremely thankful for.

Now an internationally known speaker, Ohden shares her story to help people understand that every unborn baby’s life is valuable.

March of Nations Fills Jerusalem With Love and Prayer as the ‘Real Victory Over Nazism’

“Call upon Me in time of trouble; I will rescue you, and you shall honor Me.” Psalms 50:15 (The Israel Bible™)

The 2018 March of Life, held in Jerusalem (Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz)

On Tuesday, the three-day March of Nations conference culminated in a parade of over 3,000 Christians from approximately 40 countries who filled the streets of Jerusalem and displayed their love of God and the Land of Israel on the Jewish state’s 70th anniversary, Breaking Israel News, reports.

Outpourings of love for Israel always contain a moving spiritual element, but this gathering had an additional element: witnessing the flourishing State of Israel that has risen from the ashes of the Holocaust.

“This is the real victory over Nazism,” said Member of Knesset, Rabbi Yehudah Glick as he led the parade from Sacher Park towards the center of town. “The hearts of these people is stronger than all the darkness. The love in Israel is stronger than all the hate.”

Member of Knesset, Rabbi Yehudah Glick (Center) participates in the 2018 March of Life, held in Jerusalem (Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz)

The event was organized by the March of Life, an organization of descendants of Nazis who work to preserve the memory of the Holocaust in an effort to prevent such a horror from ever happening again.

The March of Life began in 2007 with a march of remembrance from the Swabian Alb to Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site. Since then, marches have taken place in over 20 countries and in more than 350 cities.

With the motto, “Remembering – Reconciliation – Taking a Stand,” the March of Life is aimed at giving Holocaust survivors a voice, promoting reconciliation between descendants of perpetrators and victims as well as taking an unmistakable stand for Israel and against modern anti-Semitism.

As such, many of the speakers at the seminars and at the gathering that preceded the parade were Holocaust survivors. The stark contrast between the genocidal anti-Semitism of the Holocaust and the outpouring of love at the event was palpable.

Indeed, the love for Israel and the Jews was expressed at the edges of the parade where Israelis mingled with their foreign guests. Prayer sessions, formal and spontaneous, focused on dispelling the hatred of Jews that still lingers in the world.

This was the first event the organization has held in Jerusalem. It was scheduled to take place on May 14, the Gregorian calendar’s anniversary of the day when David Ben-Gurion, the first Prime Minister of Israel, declared Israel’s independence 70 years ago. Israel celebrates its independence on the Hebrew calendar’s anniversary, the 5th day of the month Iyar

Doctors Recommended She Abort Her ‘Miracle Baby’

She Refused, and Her Son Later Saved Her Life

A New York mother who was encouraged by doctors to abort her baby 30 years ago has now received a life-saving kidney from the very son who may not exist today had she listened to the medical advice.

Long Island resident Evelyn Bowens was 35 when doctors informed her that she had a weakened cervix, a condition that could lead to miscarriage or premature birth, the New York Post reported.

“My doctor told me to abort him because of the high risk and I said, no, I’m not gonna do it,” Bowens told WCBS-TV.

Doctors were correct in one prediction — Bowens gave birth at seven months to a baby that weighed just 3 pounds, 12 ounces.

Bowens named her son Miles, and although he spent the first weeks of his life in an incubator and required surgery to remove hernias before he was a month old, he grew up to become a healthy man. And when his mother’s health began to fail, Miles ended up being the miracle she needed: a match for a kidney.

“The miracle of this whole thing is, I had a high-risk pregnancy, and they told me to get rid of Miles,” Bowens, now 65, told the Post. “If I had gotten rid of my son as a baby, I wouldn’t have this kidney.”

Miles Lowe said he always cherished his mother, who worked as a teacher, night tutor and children’s music minister at their local church to make ends meet and raise her children alone – all while suffering from high blood pressure.

“A lot of people don’t have their mother to take care of them or show them love, and she showed me love and put a roof over my head all these years,” he said.

This wasn’t the first time Lowe helped to care for his mother. After his elder siblings went to college, he would bring his mother her blood pressure medication to her bedside, and the two would bond and talk about their days.

When Evelyn’s creatine levels spiked four years ago, doctors told her she would need to go on dialysis if she didn’t receive a kidney transplant soon. Lowe didn’t hesitate to help his mother.

“Right then and there in the doctor’s office, they told me, ‘She is going to need a transplant,’ and I said, ‘I will do it, ma, we have the same blood type,’” he said. “I didn’t even ask my wife. I was just like, ‘I have to go do this for my mother.’ I owe her.”

After Lowe passed all of the necessary medical screening tests, he had the operation last June. “I mean, how many opportunities do you have as a son or a daughter to come back and help your parent in a major way?” Lowe said.

On Sunday, the family had double the reason to celebrate Mother’s Day: Bowens’ newfound health. “It’s a true blessing to be sitting next to her knowing she’s good and she could be with all her grandkids and be in good health,” Lowe said.

Security Cameras Capture Footage of an Angel With a Sword

(Glen Thorman/Jordan Rivers/Facebook)

Join us on our podcast each weekday for an interesting story, well told, from Charisma News. Listen at charismapodcastnetwork.com.

A Michigan man says his security cameras picked up footage of an angel with a sword recently.

"I said, 'That's an angel!' And I was just blown away, I couldn't wait to send it to my wife and send it to [Pastor] Deneille [Moes]. And I said, 'I got an angel, and my camera took a picture of an angel,'" Glen Thorman tells WNDU.

Jordan Rivers writes:

Last night at the Thorman's house, the security camera recorded this snapshot. Glen Thorman is the fire chief for East Jordan ...( they attend Jordan Rivers) Yep folks... It's an angel. I guess there is no question who is watching over their residence while they sleep, and yes, they pray that The Angels of the Lord will surround them and their property....These photo's have not been altered in anyway. The second photo, the security camera also shot because the angel was moving away. The camera is designed to photograph anything in motion or unusual.... lots of tears today when they opened the security on their camera ...WOW!

'He is a Miracle': Brain-dead Alabama Teen Comes Back to Life, Believes He Was in Heaven

He's being called the "miracle in Mobile." After suffering a severe brain injury in a dune buggy accident, and being brain-dead for several days, an Alabama teen has made a miraculous recovery.

According to WALA Fox 10, Trenton McKinley, 13, was riding in a small trailer being pulled behind a dune buggy when the accident happened. Trenton's friend who was driving the buggy, hit the brakes quickly, causing the trailer to flip over.

Trenton told the television station he grabbed and threw his four-year-old niece out of harm's way, but in doing so was pinned by the trailer as it came down.

'Miracles From Heaven' Retells a True Story of Miraculous Healing

"I hit the concrete and the trailer landed on top of my head. After that, I don't remember anything," Trenton told Fox 10.

The teen was rushed to the hospital where doctors counted seven skull fractures. His parents had to go through their worst nightmare.

"All I saw was a stretcher with his feet hanging out. He was dead a total of 15 minutes," his mother, Jennifer Reindl told Fox 10. "When he came back, they said he would never be normal again. They told me the oxidation problems would be so bad to his brain, that he would be a vegetable if he even made it."

Doctors determined the teen was brain-dead and his breathing was shallow. His parents knew they had a difficult decision to make. They could help five other kids by donating Trenton's organs, so they signed the necessary papers.

“They said the next time his heart stopped they had to let him die. This was a Saturday or I could sign a paper to donate his organs to save five other kids and they would keep hitting him with adrenaline till Monday….so I signed it," Reindl wrote in a Facebook post. "His eyes were solid black and dry and I knew he would not hesitate to save 5 more lives."

Then, a miracle happened.

One day before his doctors were to pull the plug on his life support, Trenton began to show signs of brain activity.

"The next day I got a call. They canceled the final brain wave test right before they hooked him up his hand moved. Then his feet," Reindl continued in the Facebook post.  "So they looked at his eyes and they were back. He had blue eyes. Now they are green with small white specks like glitter. They say when you look upon God…pigment changes…and my baby was in heaven for a whole day….he is a miracle."

Fox 10 reports that Trenton believes he went to heaven.

"I was in an open field walking straight," Trenton said. "There's no other explanation but God. There's no other way. Even doctors said it."

Trenton continues to recover, although he's dealing with nerve pain and seizures almost daily.  He has had three brain surgeries and currently only has half of his skull.  The other half will be reconnected soon in the next surgery.

Franklin Graham got wind of the story and took to Facebook asking his followers, "Do you believe in miracles? I do."

He went on to say Trenton "nailed it" when he said, "there's no other way to explain it but God." Graham then quoting Jeremiah 32:27 which reads: “I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?”

Jesus healed eight ladies

March 22 at 1:20pm

What an amazing morning meeting, all glory to our God. We had eight beautiful ladies for our first "Ladies on Fire for Jesus" morning.

Johan did not know we were having a meeting so he put in leave. Gods plans is so perfect.

We had migraines healed, insomnia, a pinched nerve was loosened. No more need for a back operation. Back and neck pain healed. Diabetes healed. Hand muscles restored. Arthritis gone in the one hand. Feet that had no feeling, healed. Anxiety left and peace flooded the room.

Prophetic word for three people. We started our vision boards. I know God has restored dreams and visions this morning. New hope and faith was ignited.

We praise God for being the God of the more. He always do far over and above what we can imagine. Many more days like these to follow. Lord you add the ladies. Witbank is on fire for Jesus!!!

April 5

Thank you Jesus.

Today Renier had a strong Jesus encounter.

He struggled with his back for a long time. He also couldn't touch his toes. After the Godly touch he managed to touch his toes without any pain. The pictures were taken with less than n minute between them.

Jesus also touched another Muslim man today so I will go and deliver him a Bible tomorrow.

Thank you Jesus!!

Five Revivals break out across America in this Hour

Five Revivals break out across America in this Hour

https://charismamag-secure-charismamedia.netdna-ssl.com/images/stories/2018/spirit/Revival/worship-revival.jpg

Across the country, Christian communities have experienced, and are currently experiencing, miraculous moves of God. Below are five recent or current revivals happening in America, CharismaNews reports:

Deeper Fellowship Church

Since May of 2016, Deeper Fellowship Church in Orlando, Florida, has seen more than 150 healings and miracles of deliverance, supernatural breakthrough and salvation. Their services are called "rivers," as Pastor William McDowell wants to submit his church's services to the flow of the Holy Spirit.

"Some of our members had never experienced or been a part of a move of God like this before. There's been such a level of awe. We are astounded. And we want more," McDowell writes in his book It's Happening: A Generation is Crying Out, and Heaven is Responding (Charisma House, 2018).

McDowell sees these miracles as a sign that an even greater awakening is on the horizon.

Bethel Church

"The personal, regional, and global expansion of God's kingdom through His manifest presence"—that is Bethel's mission. The church's focus on revival has brought many to Christ and led to countless testimonies. Healing a range of afflictions, from Hodgkin lymphoma to manic-depressive disorder, God is working miracles in the lives of those involved in Bethel Church, based in Redding, California.

In a Charisma News interview, senior pastor Bill Johnson says, "You end up having more stuff happen by accident than we ever used to have on purpose. When the glory of God begins to come into the room, I'm not going to stop that to teach. I don't have anything that important to say. To me, it's all about the presence."

West Virginia Revival

In April of 2016, revival swept across the rundown, coal-mining area of southwestern West Virginia. Four thousand people dedicated their lives to Christ. Evangelist Matt Hartley was meant to preach at Regional Church of God for three nights. But he extended his stay when his visits to local schools began to reach students. When preaching was banned from the Mingo school district, students congregated in gymnasiums to sing worship songs and pray.

"Four hundred to four hundred fifty students got saved at Mingo Central from Matt Hartley coming in and speaking at a voluntary prayer club," youth pastor Katie Endicott told CBN News.

Weeks after the revival, Hartley preached about how God continued to move through West Virginia.

The Burlington Revival

What started as a week-long revival at New Hope Baptist Church in Burlington, North Carolina, became the 11-week-strong Burlington Revival, which was relocated to a huge tent. A reported 1,250 people became Christians in the summer of 2016. Evangelist C. T. Townsend and New Hope pastor Randy Hobbs had been praying for God to move in the area for over 15 years.

When the revival began, about 2,500 people attended each night, and more than double that number participated in the Youth Night.

Townsend said in a video on the Burlington Revival Facebook page, "I am so thankful and honored for what God has done and what God is doing—not just here in Burlington, but the aftershock that has literally shook [sic] across this nation."

The Fire and Glory Outpouring

Opening deaf ears. Making metal plates and pins disappear. Healing birth defects, stage 4 cancer and glaucoma. Pastors Jerame and Miranda Nelson regularly witness miracles in their meetings and are drawing people from all across the globe. It began when Dr. James W. Goll prophesied that they would be catalysts in spreading revival in San Diego. His prophecy proved to be of God.

"Notable signs and wonders started to happen," Jerame says. "The dead have been raised."

Jerame acknowledges how God is present everywhere and all the time, but what they strive for in revival is the manifest presence of God. Through supernatural encounters, souls are being saved.

30 Years on Death Row: Wrongfully Convicted Man

Offers Forgiveness

http://www1.cbn.com/sites/default/files/styles/image_xl_640x480/public/media/standard/images/anthonyrayhintonap_si.jpg?itok=Ek1BI8pq

Anthony Ray Hinton spent three decades on Alabama's death row for crimes he did not commit.

In 1985 he was convicted of the murders of two restaurant workers in Birmingham.  Thirty years later his conviction was overturned and he walked free, VBN News reports.

In a new book, The Sun Shines: How I Found Life and Freedom On Death Row, Hinton shares how his faith sustained him as he waited to die in prison, and how it helped him forgive those who wrongfully prosecuted him.

Evidence used to convict Hinton was a set of bullets recovered from the crime scene.  Investigators said the bullets matched a gun found at Hinton's mother's home, though ballistic testing was never performed on the gun.

The Equal Justice Initiative, which works to clear wrongfully convicted people, worked on Hinton's case for 16 years.

After a new trial, it was discovered that the bullets did not match.

On April 3, 2015, the Supreme Court unanimously overturned his conviction and the state dropped all charges.  Hinton was released from prison.

"All those snapping the cameras, I want you to know there is a God," Hinton told reporters the day he walked free.

His comments were captured on video.

Hinton continued, "He sits high but he looks low.  He will destroy but yet he will defend.  And he defends me.  And I just want to thank him. I'm not ashamed to let you know he sent me, not just a lawyer, but the best lawyers.  The best lawyers.  And I couldn't have made it without them."

He also offered a prayer for the family of the victims.  "I will continue to pray for you just as I have for thirty years.  A miscarriage of justice not only to me but to the victim's families," said Hinton.

Since being out of prison, Hinton has been open with more details about his experience behind bars, including the stench on death row.

"I never smelled anything as worse than the smell of a human being set on fire," he said in an interview on NBC's Megyn Kelly Today.  "And when I got there the state of Alabama was in the process of executing four men.  And going into the third man I asked the guard, I said, 'Officer is there anything that you could give me so I won't have to smell this smell.'  And he looked at me and said, 'No but if there's a consolation you'll get used to it. And he said, 'And by the way one day somebody will smell your flesh.'"

Despite the abuse he faced in prison, Hinton made it a point to pray for the authorities and others involved in the case. "I've been praying to God for the DA, for this judge, and especially for the victims," he writes in his book about the hearing for his sentencing.  "You got to give an account for what you done, and it don't matter to me, because if I can recall, Jesus was prosecuted, accused falsely for things he didn't do, and all he did was try to love and save this world, and he died and suffered. If I have to die for something I didn't do, so be it. My life is not in the judge's hands. My life is not in your hands, but it's in God's hands."

Meanwhile, many say Hinton's case and others like it, raise serious questions about the country's criminal justice system. But Hinton says despite the wrong he has suffered, he has no hard feelings.

"Bitterness kills the soul," he said in an interview with ABC News shortly after being freed.  "I cannot hate because my Bible teaches me not to hate.  I've seen hate at its worse.  What would it profit me to hate?"

'I Murdered More People Than Serial Killers

'I Murdered More People Than Serial Killers’:
Former Abortionist Reflects on Painful Past

Dr Kathi Aultman

"I'm just thankful every day that we have a Saviour, that He does forgive us and that He can take what the locust has destroyed and restore it. I'm so thankful that He's using me to save babies now when once I used to kill them."

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Kathi Aultman wanted to be a doctor so she could help women.

After receiving her license, she took a side job at a Florida women's clinic to perform abortions. In an interview with CBN News, Aultman explained "It was no question in my mind that a woman should have the right to choose whether she wanted to be pregnant or not, and that was the most important thing. And I didn't consider the fetus in the equation at all."

She went on to become director of a local Planned Parenthood. She said examining the parts of aborted babies fascinated her.

'My Baby Was Wanted. Their Baby Wasn't'

"I was looking at it completely from a scientific standpoint, totally devoid of any emotion," said Aultman. It was amazing and I used to send it, the different parts, down to pathology and in our pathology rotation we would look at the slides and it fascinated me."

She even performed abortions while pregnant.

"I didn't see any problem with that," she commented. "My baby was wanted. Their baby wasn't. It didn't seem to bother the women I was aborting. I saw no contradiction in that, no problem with it.

Aultman said the only time she had qualms about what she was doing was when she worked in the intensive care unit for newborns. She then found herself trying to save babies who were the same age as those she killed. But she quickly dismissed those thoughts.

 Aultman's Thinking Begins to Change

"If she wanted the baby then I did everything I could to give her a happy healthy baby," she said. If she miscarried I would be distraught with her and upset about losing that baby."

After having her first child, the doctor came face to face with three cases that changed her thinking.

One involved a young girl who had three abortions, all performed by Aultman.

"I went to the clinic manager and I said I don't want to do this," Aultman shared. "She's just using abortion as birth control. And they said I didn't have the right to make that decision, that it wasn't a judgment that I should be making and I needed to do the procedure."

During her interview with CBN News, Aultman carefully explained two other scenarios that made her see things differently.

"The next woman came in with a girlfriend and the girlfriend asked, 'do you want to see the tissue?' and she snapped at her and just said, in a really angry voice, 'I don't want to look at it, I just want to kill it!' And I thought, what has this baby ever done to you?" she said.

Justification for Abortion Unravels

She then told of a third woman who had four children. Her husband wanted her to abort their fifth child.

"Her husband didn't feel they could afford another, and she cried the entire time," commented Aultman. "I think the callousness and hostility of the first two compared to the sorrow and the devastation of the third woman – I think that comparison made me understand that just because the child wasn't wanted, that was no longer justification enough for me to do the procedure."

In 1983, after attending a church service and a private meeting with the pastor, Aultman prayed to become a born-again Christian.

Even so, Aultman says she was still confused, and didn't fully understand who Jesus was.

"I didn't even believe Jesus as a physical person walked on the earth at that point," she continued. "And he (the pastor) gave me Josh McDowell's Evidence That Demands a Verdict. And it was through reading that book that I finally realized that, yes, He was a real person.  And then he gave me Mere Christianity  (by C.S. Lewis). It was that point that I finally understood who Jesus was and at that point I committed my life to him. And then He just started the long, hard work of transforming me."

As God began to work in her heart, Aultman decided she could no longer perform abortions. But she still held her to her belief that a woman had the right to terminate an unwanted pregnancy.

'I Am a Mass Murderer'

Two years later, after reading an article comparing abortion with the Nazi Holocaust, the reality of abortion as the taking of human life hit her, and Aultman saw herself as a mass murderer.

"I probably murdered more people than Ted Bundy or any of the mass murderers if you consider all the abortions that I did," she said.

Forgetting her dark past was not easy.

She said, "One of the most wonderful things for an OB-GYN, is to meet a child they delivered or that child's child. That is such a joy. But it's bittersweet because I think about all the people I will never meet because I aborted them."

Aultman turned to a Christian counselor for help working through the guilt she felt for performing so many abortions. During one session, she said she started crying and couldn't stop.

Learning to Forgive Herself

"And during that time, in my mind I could see Jesus's gown and His feet and I was at His feet crying and He said to me 'are you more powerful than I am? Are you more important than I am? Are you stronger than I am that I can forgive you but you cannot forgive yourself?' At that point I understood that He had forgiven me and that I needed to forgive myself and that was where I really had my healing."

Aultman is now retired and has dedicated the remainder of her life to fighting for the unborn. That includes going to Congress, where in 2017 she urged lawmakers to pass the Heartbeat Protection Act, a measure that would ban abortions after an unborn baby's heartbeat is detected.

"I support the Heartbeat Protection Act because it uses the heartbeat, a very concrete sign of life, that people can identify with to define when the fetus should be protected," she said during her congressional testimony.

The former abortionist says she is grateful every day for the opportunity to speak for those she once silenced.

‘I Have Decided to Follow Jesus’: Actor Mario Lopez Gets Baptized in the Same River as Jesus Christ

Actor and TV host Mario Lopez is currently on a tour of Israel, visiting various Biblical sites and reconnecting with his Christian faith. The father-of-two recently stopped at the Sea of Galilee to explore the very area where Jesus walked on water, the Church of the Annunciation in Nazareth, and the Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus is thought to have delivered his famed “Sermon on the Mount.”

But perhaps the most significant moment of his trip so far came when the “Extra” host decided to get baptized at the very location where Christ himself was baptised  being submerged by John the Baptist, as described in Matt 3:13-17.

“Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John.14 But John tried to deter him, saying, “I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?”

Jesus replied, “Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness.” Then John consented.

As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment Heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. And a voice from Heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”

“We are at the Jordan River where John the Baptist baptized Jesus Christ. I’m about to get baptized,” Lopez announced before he took the plunge. “It’s a beautiful day. There’s a really cool minister that’s gonna do me the honors. And there’s a sermon going on right now. So I’m going to join these fine folks and then, bam! It’s on!”

Lopez was led into the river by the two ministers, before being asked: “Do you believe in Jesus Christ?” and “Do you intend to serve him all your life?”

“Yes, I do,” Lopez declared, as an assembled crowd of Romanian tourists began to sing “I have decided to follow Jesus” on the river bank.

The ministers then baptised him under the water: “Thank you,” Lopez said. “Beautiful people here. This is awesome. Wow. I just got baptized in the Jordan River. Hallelujah.”

As he climbed out of the river, Lopez turned to camera and said,  “That was awesome, that was so cool and I was so fortunate to meet these very nice people from Romania. They sang the song for me and everything. That was moving. That was cool.”

In an interview with Fox News Latino back in 2015, Lopez spoke of the vital importance of his deeply-held faith in God. “I think as I’ve gotten older, I’ve just tried to build a more spiritual muscle in a business that is very unpredictable,” he explained. “It’s nice to have something that is consistent in our life — family and faith is that for me.”

hulle so jammer gekry.

onderwyseres in Kimberley gekry.

moet bemoedig. ‘n Toebroodjie en koffie was lanklaas so heerlik soos gister.

Die HERE se Goedheid en Guns, vergesel julle. - Johann

Was ek kwaad vir God? Baie beslis! Hom gevra waar is Sy beskerming? Waar was Hy toe sy gebore is?

Dit is God se liefde!

Wees geseend
